Sales / Retail Finance / Channel Development
Reports To: Sales / Business Head
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail & Channel Finance professional to lead the development and execution of our financing strategy across regions. The role is responsible for driving retail loan penetration , expanding financier networks , designing consumer financing schemes , and enabling channel partners with working capital and inventory funding solutions. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of automotive finance (ICE & EV) and has a proven track record in driving sales enablement through financing.
Retail Finance Strategy & Execution
Design and implement innovative, customer-centric retail finance schemes in partnership with NBFCs, banks, and fintechs.
Launch digital retail finance solutions across the dealer network to enhance customer experience and loan turnaround.
Negotiate and secure monthly and festival-based schemes with financiers to drive loan affordability and sales volume.
Monitor retail penetration rates by region, product, and financier; optimize performance based on MIS insights.
Channel Finance & Dealer Funding
Establish and manage inventory funding tie-ups to support dealer working capital needs.
Ensure timely credit availability and manage exposure across dealer networks.
Maintain dealer financial health by evaluating balance sheets,
