ABOUT THE ROLE

Spinny is looking for a seasoned recruiter who will be a part of the core Talent Acquisition team.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Optimize end to end recruitment strategy & process from collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing of candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Manage the business hiring recruiting cycle from end to end, spanning across the functions & verticals.
  • Support stakeholders to streamline processes to ensure an amazing candidate experience
  • Identify the bottlenecks in the hiring process and build solutions to overcome them
  • Proactively develop pools of qualified candidates in advance of need & successfully close positions within timelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs to create and execute an effective hiring strategy


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Grad/Post-graduate in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • 3-6 months of Internship experience into Talent Acquisition/Recruitment will be a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Basic knowledge of cold calling, sourcing & screening through different job portals.
  • Target driven, detail-oriented, and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.

  • 6 days working routing (Mon-Sat)
  • Work from Office / on site - 10am-7pm
  • Office Location - Gurgaon Sector 48. Haryana
