Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive with 1-3 years of experience in managing operations for Bulk SMS, Voice Call (OBD/IVR), and WhatsApp services. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
1. Bulk SMS Operations:
• Manage end-to-end delivery of promotional and transactional Bulk SMS campaigns.
• Optimize SMS templates to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., DLT registration).
• Monitor delivery reports to assess the success of campaigns and troubleshoot failures.
2. Voice Call Operations (OBD/IVR):
• Handle setup and execution of outbound voice campaigns, including pre-recorded messages and IVR flows.
• Configure call routing systems and ensure maximum campaign efficiency.
• Maintain high-quality standards in voice recordings and call connectivity.
3. WhatsApp Services:
• Execute bulk WhatsApp campaigns using automation tools and APIs.
• Manage WhatsApp templates, including content creation and compliance checks.
• Monitor delivery and engagement metrics for WhatsApp broadcasts.
Client Support and Coordination
• Act as the main point of contact for client queries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Work closely with clients to understand their campaign requirements and suggest appropriate strategies.
• Address and resolve operational challenges promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Technical and Platform Management
• Configure and manage Bulk SMS, Voice Call, and WhatsApp platforms to execute campaigns effectively.
• Coordinate with the technical team to integrate APIs and ensure system functionality.
• Stay updated on platform features and educate clients on best practices for campaign execution.
Reporting and Insights
• Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, delivery rates, and customer engagement.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in operations.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Compliance and Documentation
• Ensure all campaigns comply with regulatory requirements, including DLT registration and TRAI guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of campaign settings, reports, and client communications.
Process Optimization
• Continuously evaluate operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions.
• Provide training and support to junior team members or interns when required.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in managing operations for Bulk SMS, Voice Calls, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with platforms and tools for SMS, Voice, and WhatsApp campaign management.
• Familiarity with API integration for automated campaign execution is an added advantage.
Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of SMS delivery mechanisms, including DLT platforms and route optimization.
• Knowledge of IVR systems, call routing, and voice campaign management.
• Proficiency in using bulk WhatsApp messaging tools and tracking engagement metrics.
Soft Skills:
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and teams.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and provide actionable insights.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive in addressing technical and operational challenges.
• Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail for managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Educational Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
