Java Application Support Engineer

Title: Java Application Support EngineerLocation: Noida(Hybrid)Job Description:Key Responsibilities- Provide L2/L3 application support for Java-based enterprise applications.- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.- Perform application deployments, configuration, and environment support.- Work closely with development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and release support.- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.- Support Camunda BPM processes (monitor workflows, troubleshoot job executions, deploy process definitions).- Work with ticketing tools (ServiceNow/JIRA) or similar tools to track, document, and resolve issues.- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines and release management.- Ensure compliance with change management and production support best practices.Must-Have Skills- 7+ years of Java/J2EE application support experience.- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills (logs, exceptions, performance issues).- Experience with application deployments (manual/automated).- Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.- Good understanding of SQL for data validation and issue debugging.- Exposure to incident, change, and problem management processes (ITIL framework).- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
