Title: Java Application Support Engineer

Location: Noida(Hybrid)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 application support for Java-based enterprise applications.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Perform application deployments, configuration, and environment support.
  • Work closely with development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and release support.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
  • Support Camunda BPM processes (monitor workflows, troubleshoot job executions, deploy process definitions).
  • Work with ticketing tools (ServiceNow/JIRA) or similar tools to track, document, and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines and release management.
  • Ensure compliance with change management and production support best practices.

Must-Have Skills

  • 7+ years of Java/J2EE application support experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills (logs, exceptions, performance issues).
  • Experience with application deployments (manual/automated).
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.
  • Good understanding of SQL for data validation and issue debugging.
  • Exposure to incident, change, and problem management processes (ITIL framework).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
