Project Manger - Pharma - Remote - 12 month contract, extendableThe Project Manager will lead the delivery of SAP S/4HANA initiatives within a pharmaceutical environment, ensuring alignment with business processes, compliance requirements, and strategic transformation goals. The role will include overseeing upgrades to RISE with SAP, managing third-party system integrations, and ensuring smooth adoption of new solutions across the organization.This project delivers streamlined, compliant, and integrated business processes to enhance efficiency and support long-term growth.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA projects from initiation through to delivery, with a focus on upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, align solutions with business needs, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.- Coordinate system testing, pre go-live readiness, cutover, and post go-live support to ensure successful delivery with minimal business disruption.- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive adoption of resolutions across business and IT teams.- Oversee process mapping, documentation, and compliance management in line with pharmaceutical standards (e.g., GxP).- Support integration efforts with third-party systems and interface solutions.- Provide training and knowledge
