Palmonas is a modern demi-fine jewellery brand based in Koregaon Park, Pune. We are one of the first demi-fine jewellery brands in India and have a global presence, shipping to over 200 countries and collaborating with top retailers worldwide. Our distinctive and iconic pieces are designed in-house, focusing on fashionable designs with high-quality construction that are suitable for everyday wear.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Cleaning
- Collect and clean raw data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and reliability.
- Leverage APIs to fetch data from external platforms or integrate third-party systems.
- Data Analysis & Interpretation
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and identify meaningful trends or patterns.
- Provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Data Presentation
- Build visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python/R libraries.
- Database Management
- Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
- API Integration
- Understand and use APIs to pull or push data, and assist in automation or integration projects.
- Support Basic Data Science Initiatives
- Assist in building and implementing predictive models, clustering, and other basic machine learning techniques under guidance.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with technical and non-technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and visualization.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases.
- Familiarity with APIs (e.g., using REST APIs with Python or Postman).
- Experience with data visualization tools/libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Tableau, Power BI).
- Basic understanding of data science concepts such as regression, classification, and clustering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets effectively.
Job Details
Location: Koregaon Park, Pune, Maharashtra.
Working days: Monday to Saturday.
Timing: 10 am to 7 pm.
Salary: 5-7 LPA
