Role Description

This is an internship role for a Content Creator at Palmonas in Pune. The Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging content, crafting innovative designs, collaborating with the design team, and assisting with social media marketing efforts to promote the brand.


What you'll be doing:

  • Content Creation: Develop and produce quality, engaging, and visually appealing content tailored for Instagram stories and reels.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all content aligns with the brand's identity, tone, and aesthetics, maintaining a cohesive feed and consistent storytelling.
  • Trend Research: Staying up-to-date with Instagram trends, algorithms, and best practices to create content that maximizes engagement and reach.
  • Creative Planning: Sit with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas and campaigns.
  • Analytics Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of the reels using insights to refine strategies and improve future content.
  • Photography & Videography: Capture on-brand photos and videos, or coordinate with photographers/videographers, ensuring professional results.
  • Editing and Design: Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite, or mobile editing apps using InShot, VivaVideo, and CapCut to edit videos and design templates as needed.
  • Scheduling and Posting: Manage the Instagram content calendar, scheduling posts at optimal times to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.


Major Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing creative content and successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Instagram editing tools (Reels, Stories, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics, design, and storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging captions and create relatable content.
  • Strong photography and videography skills are a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Job Details:

Location: Koregaon Park, Pune.

Working Days: Monday - Saturday.

Timing: 9 am to 6 pm.

Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 per month ( Depending on profile and previous salary).
