This is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to Recruiting, Office Administration, Resume Screening, Telephone Interviewing, College Recruitment, HR Strategy, and Human Resource Development in a professional environment. Support end-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for non-IT roles. Roles you will be recruiting primarily involve mid senior sales / digital marketing / business analysts. Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media for candidates searching and direct placement . conduct phone screening and competency-based interviewing . Coordinate interviews and assist in recruitment advertising . Assist in onboarding, orientation, and HR documentation . Maintain HRIS records , support human resource planning and policy implementation. Assist in employee engagement, performance management, and exit interviews . Handle general office administration and ensure smooth daily operations. Work closely with the HR Manager on human resource strategy and development projects . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Related Field . Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR-related experience doing Non-IT recruitments may apply. Excellent communication skills (Fluent English & Hindi mandatory; knowledge of local languages is a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook . Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter / Candidate Selection tools preferred. preference for candidates within 30 minutes of our office.
