Job Description – Senior Recruiter / Assistant Manager (Contract Staffing)Location: Advent Global Solutions Pvt Ltd, Basvangudi, Bengaluru (Opposite Brigade MLR Center)Employment Type: Full-time, Work from OfficeWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PMSalary: Attractive package for the right candidateInterview Mode: Compulsory Face-to-FaceAbout the RoleAdvent Global Solutions is hiring experienced Senior Recruiters and Assistant Managers with a proven track record of handling end-to-end recruitment for contractual requirements In domestic Indian Staffing . This is an exciting opportunity to work from our Bengaluru office and be part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced staffing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle specifically for contractual staffing roles.Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, job specifications, and timelines.Source candidates through multiple channels including portals, social media, networking, and internal databases.Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client needs.Conduct and coordinate interview processes with clients and candidates.Maintain accurate records on the ATS and ensure compliance with internal processes.Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure long-term engagement.RequirementsProven experience in contractual staffing recruitment (end-to-end).Strong sourcing skills using job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.Hands-on experience and good knowledge of ATS platforms.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment.Willingness to work from office full-time in Bengaluru.BenefitsAttractive salary package based on experience and performance.Stable Monday to Friday schedule with fixed working hours.Opportunity to work with a reputed staffing firm serving top clients globally.
