Role Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter APAC /EMEA – IT who specializes in software recruitment —covering Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, SAP, Oracle, QA Testing , and adjacent technologies. You’ll own full-cycle hiring and—critically—demonstrate strong capability in validating technical skill sets through structured screening, practical assessments, and stakeholder calibration. Full-Cycle Recruitment ~ Intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination for software/IT roles. Coordinate and review coding challenges, live problem-solving, or portfolio/GitHub reviews where applicable. Validate project depth (architecture decisions, performance, testing) vs. Build diverse pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, communities, and Boolean/X-ray searches. Candidate Experience ~ Provide timely updates, prep candidates for interview stages, and ensure a professional, inclusive experience. Data & Compliance ~ Maintain accurate ATS records, produce weekly dashboards (submittals, interviews, offers), and adhere to data privacy and labor guidelines. Market Intelligence ~ Advise on compensation, skills availability, and competitor activity to shape search strategy. 3–6 years of hands-on IT recruitment focused on software roles. ~ Proven success hiring across Java, .NET, Python, DevOps (CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, cloud), SAP (core modules), Oracle (DB/PL-SQL), QA (manual & automation) and related stacks. ~ Demonstrated ability to technically assess candidates (foundational CS concepts, frameworks, tooling, testing, deployment). ~ Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter , and sourcing automations;
