You will be primed for success in various key skills necessary for the industry, including research, sourcing, operations, candidate management and project management. The candidate we are looking for is someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, detail-oriented and most of all willing to go above and beyond their comfort zone in learning new things. She or he should possess outstanding time management and communication skills, have an excellent eye for detail and organisation, and present themselves with confidence in their interactions with others.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct targeted research on recruitment processes, market insights, and industry trendsPublish weekly job advertisements and reports, along with other administrative tasksScreen candidate applications and manage follow-up activities for shortlisted candidatesMaintain accurate data in all relevant databases and platforms; assist with general office administrationCreate marketing materials, including monthly newsletters for clients and candidates, and distribute them via social media and email marketing listsCoordinate preparations for the firm’s networking events, contributing to the planning and execution of these projectsAssist the CEO with ad hoc projects and various administrative tasksRequirementsAbility to think and communicate with clarity and purpose, focused on outcomes and delivering impactPresent crisp, well-structured ideas without fluff or ambiguityWork with efficiency and precision, with clear priorities and timely executionCurrently pursuing an undergraduate degree from a reputable local university in any discipline - 3rd or 4th year students are highly preferredAn interest in recruitment is advantageous, with opportunity for conversion to a full-time roleA strong co-curricular activities record, with exhibited leadership qualities and a penchant for taking on new challengesProactive with strong sense of accountability and ownership over your workInnovative and strong problem solving skillsStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectivelyPlease note that this is a fully remote positionThe successful candidate will receive the exclusive opportunity to receive personalised mentorship in a start-up environment, as well as an insider look into and hands-on experience within the recruitment world.
