Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern specializing in Talent Acquisition. Over a 6-month period, the intern will contribute to sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating recruitment processes, and maintaining candidate databases. Responsibilities will also include assisting in employer branding initiatives, managing communication with candidates, and supporting the HR team in various recruitment-related tasks. A stipend will be provided upon successful completion of the internship. Brief: Proficiency in Communication and Education to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with applicants. Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth new hire experience. Help maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and organizational charts. Participate in employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications. Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and analytics as required. Basic understanding of Mathematics to handle data analysis and reporting tasks Enthusiasm for developing new skills, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and collaborative work environment Pursuing a degree or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in a talent acquisition or HR-related role is a plus
