Role Description We are seeking a full-time HR Assistant and Recruiter to join our team on-site at our Bengaluru location. The role involves supporting HR operations, managing recruitment processes, maintaining human resources records, assisting with employee benefits administration, and ensuring effective use of HR systems. The HR Assistant and Recruiter will collaborate with the HR team to coordinate training programs and assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR functions. Qualifications Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR ManagementExperience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits AdministrationProficiency in coordinating and implementing Training programsExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to work full-time in an on-site role in BengaluruBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferredPrevious experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage
