Position: Technical Recruiter

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. This is a full-time remote role requiring expertise in IT recruitment, including full-cycle recruitment and a deep understanding of technical roles. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet our organization's growing needs.
Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Evaluate candidates' technical and interpersonal skills to ensure a perfect fit.
Maintain and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track recruitment activities.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends in technical recruitment and technology skills.
Provide a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications Proven experience in IT technical recruitment , preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
Expertise in full-life cycle recruiting and technical hiring processes .
Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and requirements across various technologies and platforms.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setup.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for niche or hard-to-fill technical roles.
Background in technology or IT to better understand technical requirements.
Proven success in building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
