Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. This is a full-time remote role requiring expertise in IT recruitment, including full-cycle recruitment and a deep understanding of technical roles. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet our organization's growing needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Evaluate candidates' technical and interpersonal skills to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Maintain and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track recruitment activities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in technical recruitment and technology skills.
  • Provide a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Qualifications
  • Proven experience in IT technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Expertise in full-life cycle recruiting and technical hiring processes.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and requirements across various technologies and platforms.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setup.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for niche or hard-to-fill technical roles.
  • Background in technology or IT to better understand technical requirements.
  • Proven success in building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
