Sales operations specialist

Shift Timings: 12pm - 9:30pm (Summer), 1pm - 10:30pm (Winter)
The Opportunity
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing sales processes? Do you thrive on turning complex problems into streamlined solutions? As our Sales Operations & Strategy Specialist, you'll work closely with our London-based Head of Sales to optimise our sales processes, enhance team effectiveness and fuel revenue growth. You'll be instrumental in streamlining our sales funnel and implementing innovative sales strategies.
Roles and responsibilities
- Sales Operations:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in our sales process. Use data to analyze our sales performance.
- CRM Management:
- Serve as the CRM expert, overseeing lead management, scoring and sequence optimization to support SDR and sales efforts.
- Strategic Content & Collateral Development:
- Improve sales pitch decks, nurturing sequences and sales collateral. Manage content solutions, case studies and client reviews.
- Prospect List Building:
- Develop effective strategies for identifying and building high-quality prospect lists, ensuring our outreach is targeted and impactful. Build our ICP.
- Innovative Outreach Collaboration:
- Work closely with SDRs to implement new outreach methods that help us meet and exceed sales targets.
- Understand Our Clients:
- Work closely with our Customer Success Team to understand our clients’ needs and challenges and use this knowledge to improve our sales process.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven Sales Operations Experience:
- A strong track record of success in sales operations or similar roles.
- Strategic Thinking:
- The ability to think critically, analyze complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.
- Data-Driven Approach:
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent Communication Skills:
- The ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Project Management Skills:
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and priorities tasks effectively.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with CRM tools and other sales enablement technologies.
