Given our decade of success, we have evolved to become one of the top trusted providers in Singapore and service a client base across banking and financial services, insurance, information technology, healthcare, retail and supply chain.Job Description:Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors consultant with strong expertise in the Recruiting (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding (ONB) modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing, configuring, and supporting these modules in global environments and will work securely through a VDI setup.Required Skills & Experience- Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least- 3+ years in RCM (Recruiting Management)- 3+ years in RMK (Recruiting Marketing)- 2+ years in ONB (Onboarding)- Hands-on experience in configuration, integration, and support of these modules.- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding, and onboarding best practices.- Experience working in remote/VDI-based environments.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in RCM, RMK, or ONB is preferredKey Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SuccessFactors RCM, RMK, and ONB modules.- Collaborate with HR business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system functionalities.- Design and maintain career sites, candidate pipelines, and onboarding workflows.- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.- Develop and maintain system documentation, functional specs, and test scripts.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographies.- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance while working on a VDI-based remote setup.- Train end-users and provide post-go-live support.WHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
