The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing brand reputation, driving business growth, and contributing to product management and category marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including market research, target audience analysis, and campaign measurement.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.

3. Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research to identify opportunities and challenges.

Brand Management

1. Manage and maintain the brand's visual identity and messaging across all channels, including digital, print, and outdoor advertising.

2. Develop and implement brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

3. Monitor and report on brand performance and reputation.

Product Management

1. Collaborate with Technical & R&D team to develop and launch new products, including product positioning, pricing, and packaging.

2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify product opportunities and challenges.

3. Develop and maintain product marketing materials, including datasheets, brochures, and case studies.

Product Marketing

Event Management

1. Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the brand and products.

2. Collaborate with event planners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful events.

3. Develop and manage event budgets and timelines.

Budgeting and Reporting

1. Manage and track marketing budgets and expenses.

2. Develop and provide regular marketing reports and analysis to senior management.

3. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.


Experience

- 6-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Construction Chemicals or Building Materials industry.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Experience in product management and category marketing is desirable.
