Marketing Manager

This full-time, on-site role is based at our headquarters in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Marketing strategies to promote Dhruva Space’s products, services, and brand within the Space industry.- Collaborate with the Director - PR, Comms & Marketing and other members of leadership (Business Development & Sales, Engineering, CXOs) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all Marketing channels.- Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, identify new opportunities, and evaluate competitive positioning.- Lead and manage Digital Marketing initiatives, including website content, social media channels, email marketing, and online advertising.- Plan and execute industry events, conferences, product launches, and promotional activities to raise brand awareness and engage with target audiences.- Develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall company growth.- Manage the Marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and monitoring ROI.- Hire, lead, and mentor a team of Marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.- 4-7 years of Marketing experience, preferably in the Deep Tech or Aerospace sectors, as well as a keen curiosity for the cosmos- Strong expertise in Digital Marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools.- Proven ability to design and execute successful Marketing campaigns and initiatives.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
