Role OverviewMarquis Advertising is seeking a proactive and results-driven

Business Development Manager

to join our

Digital Marketing division . This key role is focused exclusively on acquiring new business, establishing relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of the Digital Department. As a part of our team, you will help shape the future of digital marketing for a variety of clients across different industries, ensuring that our agency remains at the forefront of industry innovation.

Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business DevelopmentClient Acquisition:

Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across various industries.Strategic Sales Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to maximize lead generation and new client acquisition, meeting and exceeding sales targets.Proposal Development:

Work closely with internal teams to prepare tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs, presenting strategic digital solutions that drive growth.Relationship Building:

Build strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective clients, ensuring that our services meet their business objectives and digital marketing requirements.Networking:

Attend industry events and engage with potential clients to expand the company’s reach and establish brand authority in the digital marketing space.Market Research:

Continuously monitor industry trends and analyze market conditions to identify new business opportunities and potential leads.

Client Relationship ManagementEstablish Trusting Relationships:

Cultivate rapport and gain a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives, helping to translate those objectives into digital marketing solutions that drive value.Customer-Centric Approach:

Provide exceptional service by being attentive, responsive, and solution-focused, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Required Experience and Skills

· Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.· Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets by developing effective strategies for client acquisition and lead generation.· Strong verbal and written communication skills for client presentations, proposals, and internal collaboration.· In-depth understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and performance-driven solutions.· Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.· Experience in leveraging market insights, digital trends, and competitive intelligence to identify business opportunities and inform sales strategies.
