Beacon Fire Inc. is seeking experienced and motivated Sr. US IT Recruiters working extensively on W2 or C2C Requirements for US - IT Clients to join our offshore team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of US IT recruitment and be skilled in sourcing, screening, and validating candidates for our Direct, State and SI client IT- roles. Minimum 5 years of experience in US- IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling IT roles on contract, W2 and FT roles. Work Visa categories. Experience recruiting for specific IT disciplines such as software development, cyber security, or data analytics, Cloud Computing and Infrastructure Networking and Systems Administration. Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
