Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in growing our Non-IT staffing division. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. You will work closely with the recruitment team to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded with top-tier talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive new client acquisition in the Non-IT staffing sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, including HR professionals, hiring managers, and key decision-makers.
Identify and target potential clients across various industries including healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and administration.
Prepare regular sales reports, track performance, and meet revenue targets.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Continuously evaluate sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Keep up to date with staffing industry trends and regulatory changes that affect client needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in US staffing (Non-IT).
Experience working with clients in various industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, retail, and administrative services.
Strong understanding of staffing industry dynamics, market trends, and client expectations.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in managing large-scale staffing contracts.
Established network within the US Non-IT staffing industry.
Familiarity with staffing compliance and legal regulations.
