Role: Regional Head


Functional Responsibilities:


• To manage the region profitability by constantly endeavouring to increase market share and revenue. Ensuring optimal productivity and costs management.

• Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets. Decide and implement region specific innovative strategies to meet business targets and goals.

• Managing Healthy Team of Area Managers, Branch Managers & Wealth RM's for the entire Rajasthan Region. Recruiting and retaining high performers.

• To mentor and monitor the performance and learning development of Relationship Managers.

• Responsible for managing and deepening existing clients’ relationships and setting up strategies to do focused acquisition of new clients in the segment

• Creating a strong & compliant business culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and a strong input driven Sales process.

• Give regular feedback for improvement in product and process on a continuous basis for all large clients, take joint calls with team to convert business and lead from the front


Experience : Min 12+ years relevant experience in Banking and Wealth domain

Functional Competencies :

  • Strong understanding of the wealth management industry
  • Understanding of Financial products

Qualifications : MBA
