Translate customer requirements into tailored ServiceNow solutions and roadmaps. Build end-to-end solution designs covering workflows, integrations, data models, and platform capabilities. Respond to RFPs/RFIs with accurate, well-structured technical content and solution recommendations. Lead discovery sessions to assess maturity, define business outcomes, and position ServiceNow modules effectively. Provide thought leadership on platform capabilities, upgrades, architecture best practices, and digital transformation initiatives. Work with the sales team to develop winning strategies, proposals, and presentations. Contribute to internal reusable assets: demo environments, solution frameworks, value decks, and proposal templates. Strong functional and technical understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture. Proven experience in product demos, client workshops, and value-based storytelling. Ability to design solution architectures, data flows, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and workflow automations.
