Human Resources Administrator

The Remote HR Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team and ensuring smooth HR operations for our US-based workforce. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to manage HR functions from onboarding to employee data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Coordination :
Support the onboarding process, including preparing documentation, scheduling orientation sessions, and conducting follow-ups with new hires.
Assist in setting up accounts and resources for new hires in collaboration with IT and hiring managers.
HR Administration :
Manage HR administrative tasks, including record keeping, updating employee files, and tracking employee status changes.
Maintain compliance with local and international employment laws and company policies.
Support HR management with HR projects and ensure timely completion.
Contract & Documentation Management :
Prepare and manage employment contracts and relevant documentation for new hires and existing employees.
Ensure all contracts and records are accurate, securely stored, and comply with applicable regulations.
HRIS Support :
Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) with employee data, job titles, benefits, and compensation details.
Generate and analyze reports from the HRIS for HR metrics and assist in improving data accuracy and system functionality.
Communication :
Coordinate effectively with US-based HR, managers, and employees to provide seamless support.
Communicate clearly and professionally, demonstrating excellent written and verbal English skills.
Requirements
Work Hours: Will work US Eastern Time zone hours.
Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience : 2-4 years of experience in HR administration, onboarding, or similar HR functions, preferably supporting US or international teams.
Skills :
Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
