Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator at NS Ventures in Chandigarh. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for HR management, benefits administration, HRIS, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. This role will involve handling day-to-day HR tasks and supporting the HR team.
Qualifications
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Benefits Administration expertise
Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Understanding of Labor and Employment Law
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
