About Us:
Ignite And Rise is a dynamic and growing organization specializing in staffing and HR solutions. We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Admin to support our HR department by managing records, handling day-to-day administrative tasks, and assisting in HR processes.
Objective:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Admin to ensure smooth HR operations by maintaining accurate records, supporting employees, and optimizing HR processes. This position offers growth opportunities for someone keen to develop within the HR field.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records, manage internal databases, and prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and onboarding materials.
Ensure accurate documentation and file management for compliance and record-keeping purposes.
Employee Support:
Address employee inquiries and provide support throughout HR processes, promoting a positive work environment.
Guide employees through HR protocols and offer assistance as needed.
Onboarding & Offboarding Assistance:
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing necessary paperwork and coordinating tasks with relevant departments.
Data Entry & Reporting:
Ensure accurate entry of HR data into the system, assisting in generating reports on workforce statistics and performance.
HR Process Improvement:
Collaborate with the HR Manager to enhance workflows and improve efficiency within HR operations.
Training Coordination:
Assist in scheduling training sessions and ensuring employees have access to required resources and materials.
Compliance Support:
Help maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies by tracking employee records and managing essential documentation.
Compensation Details:
1. Variable Pay for First 6 Months:
Compensation will be performance-based, with ₹2,500 for each candidate whose onboarding process is successfully completed. Payments will be disbursed within 60 to 90 days.
2. Fixed CTC After 6 Months:
After six months, compensation will transition to a fixed CTC, with a performance-based increase of 10-40%.
3. Basic Salary:
₹20,000 per month, payable upon the completion of the 6-month contract. Early departures will forfeit the basic salary
