Requirement- Export Manager ( Operations)
Job Description :
Day to day tracking of despatch of goods for shipments, container stuffing shipment operations, ETA tracking, re-import of return cargo, Marine insurance Etc
Ensuring required Laboratory tests, product analysis, EIA certifications, Pesticide free certifications and third party inspection and certification as required.
Vendors bill checking and approval- Forwarder, Shipping line, CHA, CFS, Lab Agency etc.
Overseeing the designing, printing, stocks of packing material and co-ordinating with the suppliers for the same.
Filling out tender forms in co-ordination with the concerned team members and keeping track and fulfilling the tender requirements.
Trade mark registrations, Barcode GS1. COC certification, Halal and Kosher certification and keeping all certificates and registrations up-to-date and renewed as per requirement
Co-ordination with all departments of the Company for the smooth execution of the Export – Import operations.
Timely application of Advance license, DFIA and other licenses and application of Government incentives and subsidies as applicable.
IGTPL THC Refunds – Cochin
ISO renewal and surveillance audit working
Provide weekly report to the Managing Director of the Company
Office administration and tasks requirement thereof.
Requirement:
● Graduate or Post Graduate with minimum 10 years experience in Import-Export field.
● Strong knowledge of IT and other organisational running systems and the ability to learn new
Applications and systems to the best interest of the Company.
● Excellent communication skills - fluency in English- both spoken and written.
● Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
● Excellent team integration and management skills and ability to motivate and engage with teams fluidly.
Good crisis management and problem solving skills.
Desire for a settled and long term engagement with Company
Reporting to : The Managing Director
CTC: 18L Per Annum
Job Starting: Immediate
ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system to support the smooth running of the export operations of the Company . The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
Manage the daily functions of the business
Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
Manage budget to align with goals of business
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong organisational and communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Comfort working with multiple groups within business
