Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate with 1-2 years of experience in in-house and client hiring within India. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for technical roles such as Web Development, Mobile Development, and Data Analytics, as well as functional roles like Business Development and US Staffing Recruiters. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending top talent to meet the staffing needs of both InfoStride Technologies and our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for technical and functional positions.
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify and attract top talent.
Screening Resumes: Review and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements, ensuring a strong match for the roles.
Conducting Interviews: Perform initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand job requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment status.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Offer Management: Assist in the preparation and negotiation of job offers, ensuring alignment with company policies.
Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to advise on best practices.
Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical and functional recruitment.
Technical Recruitment: Familiarity with hiring for roles in web development, mobile development, and data analytics.
Functional Recruitment: Experience recruiting for non-technical roles such as Business Development and US Staffing.
Sourcing Expertise: Proficient in using various sourcing tools and techniques to identify high-quality candidates.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: Collaborative approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
ATS Experience: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the IT industry, especially within the context of Indian recruitment.
