Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled GCP Data Engineer with strong expertise in MongoDB and PyMongo to automate data processes for a critical healthcare project. The role involves automating the extraction of Cerner data into GCP (Firestore/BigQuery) , building end-to-end ETL workflows , and automating real-time data transfer. You will also integrate processed data into Tableau and perform statistical analyses like A/B testing to identify key metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • GCP End-to-End ETL Development :
  • Automate data pipelines using GCP services : Firestore, BigQuery, and Dataflow.
  • Ensure robust and optimized ETL workflows for large healthcare datasets.
  • MongoDB (Mandatory) :
  • Develop and optimize data processes using MongoDB and PyMongo .
  • Automate real-time data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
  • API Development & Automation :
  • Build APIs to enable seamless real-time data transfer and integration.
  • Automate data extraction workflows from Cerner systems .
  • Tableau Integration :
  • Automate the flow of transformed GCP data into Tableau dashboards for visualization.
  • Statistical Analysis and A/B Testing :
  • Apply statistical techniques for A/B testing to analyze data and identify critical KPIs.
  • Present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

  • MongoDB and PyMongo (Extensive hands-on experience is required).
  • Google Cloud Platform : BigQuery, Firestore, Dataflow, Cloud Functions.
  • API Development : Python for building automation and integration workflows.
  • ETL Processes : Strong experience in designing and automating end-to-end ETL pipelines.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Cerner healthcare systems and clinical data workflows.
  • Background in healthcare analytics and domain knowledge.
  • Tableau dashboard development and optimization skills.
