Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Azure Data Engineer to lead and manage data infrastructure and projects. If you are an experienced professional with expertise in Azure data platforms and a passion for building scalable data solutions, we’d love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure on Azure.
- Lead data projects involving development, maintenance, and optimization of data systems.
- Develop and manage ETL pipelines to integrate data from diverse sources.
- Ensure the security, performance, and lifecycle management of data systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design data solutions for operations, research, and reporting.
- Automate data workflows using Python or SQL scripting .
- Support the deployment and maintenance of cloud-based data platforms.
Required Technical Skills
- Proven experience as an Azure Data Engineer .
- Expertise in tools like Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics , and Azure Databricks .
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes and database management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or SQL .
- Experience with data security and compliance.
- Ability to oversee and coordinate data projects end-to-end.
Preferred Qualifications
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate ).
- Strong communication skills to translate data insights into actionable business value.
- Experience leading medium to large-scale data projects.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset and adaptability to evolving data requirements.
