Purpose of the PositionThe Specialist is meant for someone who is an excellent multi-tasker and had projects handling experience. We are looking for a high-energy individual who is expert in creating and analyzing reports and presenting the critical information in a professional manner.Principal ResponsibilitiesCompensation and Benefit System ManagementAssist in the design, development, and implementation of total rewards programs, including compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefits packagesConduct market research and analysis to ensure the organization's total rewards offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of total rewards initiatives and projectsAdminister employee compensation and benefits programs, including processing payroll, managing employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Support the annual performance review process by providing data analysis and recommendations for merit increases and bonus payoutsPrepare reports and presentations on total rewards metrics, trends, and program effectiveness for senior leadershipAssist in the communication and education of total rewards programs to employees, including conducting training sessions and developing informational materialsStay informed about changes in legislation and market trends that may impact total rewards programs, and make recommendations for adjustments as neededHandle ad-hoc projects and assignments related to total rewards as assigned by the Total Rewards ManagerMIS & ReportsKeep track of metrics on a weekly/monthly basis for reporting to the managementCreate dashboards using Excel, trend analysis, and ad-hoc reportsGenerate and Publish BI / Excel reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) based on Management requirementsCreate Templates and reports based on requirementsExtract reports from various digital Platforms, creating VBA/MacrosManage and delivery the reports with high accuracy and in a timely manner. Timely review of data maintenance and accuracyC&B Daily Operation ManagementManage the daily C&B activities such as payroll process, merit increase, bonus, budget, promotion actions and benefits administration etc. to ensure compliance with C&B strategy and support company business needs and meet information security requirements.Statutory ComplianceSupport team with various projects & initiatives including new legislation in employment law & updating relevant ER policies and practicesReview and analyze compliance data; Prepare compliance reports as needed including governmental, internal, and audit compliance reportingSupport on all the internal and external auditsFunctional CompetenciesAdvanced Knowledge in Excel formulasGood functional knowledge Of MS BI toolGood functional knowledge in VBA/Macros, Power QueryAbility to normalize complex dataStrong working knowledge of WorkdayWorking knowledge of Statistic. (Additional Adv.)Experience of HRIS / Workday implementation (Additional Adv.)Behavioral CompetenciesExcellent oral and written communication skillsHigh stakeholder management & interpersonal skillsProblem-solving skillsOut of the box thinkingAbility to Learn new concepts
