Business Development Manager JD: Support the Business Development team in executing strategies that enhance LTSCT's market share and growth within the semiconductor industry, utilizing a strong foundation in semiconductor technology and market dynamics. Areas Of Responsibility Assist in market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the semiconductor sector(globally). Support the development and implementation of strategic business plans. Collaborate with technical and product teams to align LTSCT's offerings with market demands. Facilitate customer and partner relationships to gather insights and promote LTSCT's solutions. Experience and Qualification Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with a solid understanding of semiconductor technologies; business degree with relevant industry experience also considered. MBA background preferred8 – 15 yrs of experience in a business development or technical role within the semiconductor industry is preferred. Technical And Behavioral Skills Strong analytical skills with a detailed understanding of the semiconductor market. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Qualifiers for the Role / Necessary Experience and Skills Required for the Role Eagerness to grow within the business development field, with a keen interest in the semiconductor industry and its future trends.
