Let's discover together.Key Responsibilities:Be the first point of contact post-sales and welcome new students, ensuring a smooth, positive start to their journey with us.Welcome new students & ensure a smooth, positive start to their journey with usConduct a complete walkthrough of the learning module, highlighting key features and the steps they’ll follow through their journey.Conduct visualisation sessions to deepen clarity, motivation, and commitmentUnderstand student goals, learning preferences, and expectations to personalize the onboarding journeyConduct 7-day progress review and feedback sessions to ensure retention, clarity, and motivationEngage students through impactful conversations that build trust and emotional connectionMaintain onboarding reports, follow-ups, and track student engagement patternsSkills and Attributes:3-8 years of relevant experience in Onboarding, Counselling, Customer Success or related roles. (preferred: post-sales customer engagement, and counselling sales role).Excellent command over communication and presentationStrong ability to lead conversations and keep the audience engagedStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quicklyHigh emotional intelligence to make students feel valued, supported, and motivatedPositive attitude, patience, and a student-first approachAnyway, if all this sounds like your cup of tea, then Do APPLYWe look forward to hearing from you
