Our philosophy is rooted in simplicity, seasonality, and sophistication.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless service. Tasks include managing staff schedules, training new hires, monitoring food and beverage quality, day-to-day service of food and beverages, recommending food and beverages to customers and maintaining communication between kitchen and front-of-house staff.QualificationsCustomer Satisfaction and Customer Service skillsExperience in Hiring and Managing StaffStrong Communication skillsKnowledge of Food & Beverage industryExcellent leadership and organizational skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in restaurant management is a plusBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
