Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter from a recruitment and staffing firm background to join our growing recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent within the domestic market. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality candidates for various IT roles across different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates : Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases to identify and attract top IT talent for both contract and permanent positions.
  • Screening and Interviews : Conduct thorough phone screenings, technical assessments, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and ensure a good fit for open positions.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to fully understand role requirements and business needs.
  • Job Posting and Advertising : Post job openings on various job boards, company career sites, and social media platforms to generate candidate leads.
  • Candidate Experience : Maintain a positive candidate experience by guiding candidates through the interview process, providing timely updates, and offering constructive feedback.
  • Market Research : Stay up-to-date on industry trends and IT talent in the domestic market to effectively recruit and retain top talent.
  • Offer Negotiations : Lead the offer process by negotiating salaries, benefits, and start dates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Compliance & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions, interview notes, and offer details in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaboration : Collaborate with external recruiting agencies and vendors as necessary to meet hiring goals.
  • Maintaining Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and statuses in the ATS. Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment performance

Qualifications:

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience : Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a consulting firms, with a focus on IT roles (e.g., software developers, systems engineers, IT support, network administrators, etc.).
  • Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of the IT industry and commonly used technologies (e.g., programming languages, cloud technologies, software development lifecycle, etc.).
  • Tools & Platforms : Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday, Greenhouse, or similar platforms, and familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
  • Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal teams.
  • Negotiation Skills : Strong ability to negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations.
  • Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes at once while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving : Ability to think critically and adapt to challenges in the recruitment process.
