About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Technical Recruiter with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore . This role requires a strong background in vendor management and stakeholder management , ensuring a smooth recruitment process that meets organizational needs. You will be responsible for identifying top technical talent, managing recruitment vendors, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver on hiring objectives. The ideal candidate should have a blend of recruitment expertise, negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Source candidates using various methods such as job portals, social media, networking events , and through existing recruitment vendors.
  • Handle vendor management , including coordinating with recruitment agencies, negotiating terms, monitoring performance, and managing vendor relationships to ensure quality hiring.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand technical hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct technical interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports to stakeholders, updating them on recruitment progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Negotiate job offers, compensation packages, and other employment terms to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate information on candidate status and recruitment stages.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates to meet both current and future hiring needs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting its culture and values during the hiring process.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in technical recruitment , with a focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring technical candidates.
  • Strong experience in vendor management , including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
  • Proven track record of handling stakeholder management , understanding hiring needs, and managing expectations effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical roles, skills, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to handle multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in IT consulting or technology service-based companies .
  • Familiarity with HR software , CRM tools, and recruitment marketing.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry standards.
