Our flagship program, Kolo SmartSelect , helps Bangalore homeowners save lakhs while ensuring top-notch quality by guiding them through a structured selection process for designers, interior firms, and home products .

Role Overview As an Inside Sales Executive , you will be the first point of contact for homeowners exploring interior projects.
Your role is to consult, educate, and convert leads into SmartSelect customers , giving them clarity amidst the overwhelming decisions around designers, contractors, and product choices.

Lead Conversion & Consultative Sales
Understand homeowner needs deeply — from design concepts to product selection and contractor evaluation .
Drive consultative selling , focusing on value, quality, and peace of mind , not just price.
How to compare contractors for reliability and cost-effectiveness,
How to select the right products — kitchens, wardrobes, finishes — based on deep evaluation data .
Handle objections and show homeowners ROI on SmartSelect fees through savings and quality assurance.
Pipeline & CRM Management
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all leads, follow-ups, and conversion stages in the CRM.
Share weekly reports on funnel performance and homeowner trends.

Be the voice of the homeowner internally, helping Kolo continuously improve.

Who We’re Looking For Experience:
~1–3 years in inside sales for home interiors, real estate, lifestyle products, insurance , or other high-ticket B2C categories .

Strong communication in English & Kannada (Hindi is a plus).
Familiarity with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline management.
Get exposure to end-to-end interiors — designers, contractors, and products.
