As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our expanding team and contribute to the company’s long-term development.ROLE DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our field sales team and streamline internal operations. In this role, you will act as a critical point of communication between customers, management, and the sales team. You will be responsible for managing schedules, maintaining documentation, processing orders, and ensuring smooth execution of all sales-related activities. Your goal will be to enhance team efficiency, support customer relationships, and contribute to the company’s overall growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the sales team’s daily operations, schedules, and front desk activitiesMaintain, file, and organize all essential sales documentsEnsure availability and adequacy of sales-related equipment or materialHandle customer complaints professionally and provide after-sales supportManage and organize financial and non-financial data in electronic systems and generate relevant reportsProcess all sales orders with accuracy and timelinessInform clients proactively about any delays, changes, or issuesMonitor team performance, identify shortcomings, and recommend improvementsAssist in planning and organizing promotional materials, marketing activities, or eventsEnsure all work complies with company policies and legal requirementsREQUIREMENTSQualifications & SkillsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative roleStrong proficiency in MS Office and general computer applicationsGood understanding of social media usage for business communicationExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishHighly organized, responsible, and strong in problem-solvingTeam-oriented mindset with a high level of dedicationGraduate degree in Business Administration or a related fieldCertification in Sales or Marketing is an added advantageCompensation & Work EnvironmentCompetitive salary based on experienceFriendly and professional work cultureOpportunity to work directly with senior leadershipLong-term career growth within the companyWork ScheduleFull-time, on-site (Ahmedabad)Standard business hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PMHow to ApplySend your resume to with subject line: Application_Sales Coordinator_Your Name
