Designation: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager—Invoicing Location: Dolvi Maharashtra / Kalina Santacruz Mumbai Experience Range: 1+ years Salary Range: UPTO 7 LPA Job Profile: The Operations Associate should be someone passionate about supporting a fast-paced Ops environment who will enjoy the challenges and rewards of working in a fast-growing organization. This is a high-responsibility position with a focus on accounting accuracy. The individual should possess an extreme eye for details, as the candidate will work regularly on invoicing and numbers. The ability to create and manage work plans, and timelines and accommodate multiple priorities will be critical for success. Key Responsibilities: · Work extensively on the invoicing process · Maintain inventory books along with accounting entries for the company's trading entity · Follows SOP or manager's instructions and ensures tasks are quality-compliant · Indulge in exhaustive validations of incoming invoices and make outgoing invoices as per the defined SOP · Contributes to process improvement ideas · Responsible for giving timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks with guidance, i.e., as per SOP and SLA · Proactively raises issues/alarms to managers or stakeholders · Meets business metrics and goals, i.e., SLAs, productivity targets and quality benchmarks. · Maintains records of day-to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools · Meets predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards · Need to indulge in regular interactions with supplier and buyer side POCs for day-to-day operations management Basic Qualifications : · Education qualification: Graduate · Good communication skills - ability to communicate with internal/external stakeholders clearly and concisely · Should have at least one year of work experience working invoicing-heavy role · Should be well versed with MS Excel tool · Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime hours as per business requirement Preferred Qualifications : · Experience in E-commerce is a plus · Exposure to Sales Force or other popular CRM tool is a plus Benefits : 5 Days Working Medical Benefits Company Profile: The company is a world-renowned $13 billion conglomerate with presence across various sectors: Steel, Energy, Minerals, Port & Infrastructure, Cement, Ventures & Paints across India, the US, South America & Africa.
