Required Skills and Qualifications- Solid experience working in SuccessFactors or relevant HCM Solutions is preferable.
- Good to have 1 end-to-end implementation in HCM Modules.
- Degree in IT or general management.
- Knowledge of integration basics and tools, including familiarity with flat files, APIs, connectors, etc.
- Established project management skills.
As a Senior Executive Manager at John Cockerill India Limited, you can expect a competitive salary range of ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
