About the Role:
As a Lead Generation, you will play a key role in supporting our business
development team by identifying and engaging with potential clients through
various lead generation strategies. You’ll be tasked with creating outreach
strategies, managing lead lists, and contributing to lead gen campaigns aimed
at growing our client base. This is a full time permanent onsite role in Panjim,
Goa.
Key Responsibilities:
 Research and identify potential leads in target industries digital tools.
 Assist in creating and executing targeted email campaigns and outreach
strategies to generate qualified leads.
 Maintain and update lead generation databases
 Support the development of sales materials, including presentations and
case studies.
 Track and analyse lead generation results, adjusting strategies as needed
to improve performance.
 Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and
ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
 Conduct market research to identify new trends, potential partners, and
emerging opportunities.
 Assist in the development of lead nurturing strategies to engage
prospects over time.
Requirements:
 Must have 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation within the IT
consulting or technology sector.
 Strong interest in IT consulting services, technology, and business
development.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Familiarity with email marketing tools, and CRM systems is a plus.
 A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work
independently and as part of a team.
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and improve
