You will lead a team of Program Advisors and push them to achieve their targets .

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets .
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team , providing guidance and support to maximize performance .

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends , customer needs , and competitive landscape .
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics , preparing regular reports for senior management .
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives .
- Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with key clients .
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the sales team .
