Position: Office Administrator fresher or experienced
Location: Surat, Gujarat, India
Employment Type: Full - Time / Part – Time / remote
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Admin to join our growing firm. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing communications, organizing workflows, and providing exceptional support to our clients and team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering quality service.
Work Timings :- 6 PM to 12 PM (IST). We offer work from home after initial training which has to be on site at our Surat office.
Competitive compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the firm’s email inbox, including sorting, responding to, and delegating emails appropriately.
2. Answer and manage incoming phone calls via the office’s IP phone system
3. Schedule and coordinate client meetings, both in-person and virtual.
4. Prepare and send follow-up emails to clients after meetings, including summarizing notes and next steps.
5. Assist in creating and maintaining client records in the firm’s database or CRM system.
6. Provide timely responses to client inquiries and requests.
7. Maintain organized filing systems for client records and office documentation on online portal.
8. Monitor and track project progress using tools like Microsoft Planner or other project management software.
9. Assist with social media management, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
10. Help the team with any additional administrative or operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
1. Any graduate or post graduate with good communication skills. Prior experience in office administration a plus.
2. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and bookkeeping software (preferred).
