**Office Size: 10-12 Employee**

**Salary : 15k to 25k**

**Location : Khatodara GIDC (Near Sosyo Circle)**

**Experience Required: 2 years**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office equipment and support.
- Complete varied assignments utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, and scheduling software.
- Maintain & organize job files/documentation.
- Prepare or assist in the preparation of internal and external communications.
- Assists the office in daily responsibilities by maintaining calendars & job schedules, processing correspondence, general document administration, etc.
- Assist staff in a support role as needed.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- Attend meetings as assigned. Take notes, prepare schedules and follow up on staff assignments and deadlines.
- Will be phased into the responsibilities of architectural roles based on abilities.

**Requirements**:

- Two or more years experience in an administrative capacity with significant communications responsibilities.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Very good with detail and follow up.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to deal tactfully with staff, customers, vendors, and the general public.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
