Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Showroom Admin at Lux L Living in Bengaluru. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Showroom Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our showroom, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team. Responsibilities
Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing, arranging displays and furniture to optimize customer engagement.
Facility Management: Oversee general maintenance and repairs of the showroom & warehouse, coordinating with service providers as needed. Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Delivery Scheduling: Coordinate with sales team to schedule timely deliveries of furniture to the customers.
Maintain a delivery calendar to track expected deliveries and coordinate the stock movement between showroom & warehouse. Ensure that proper handling procedures are followed to protect items during transit between the warehouse and showroom.
Stock Inspection: Verify that incoming shipments match purchase orders in terms of quantity and specifications, ensuring accuracy before accepting deliveries. Oversee the receiving process to ensure that all products are inspected for quality and damage upon arrival.
Staff Management: Create and maintain work schedules for blue-collar staff, ensuring adequate coverage for peak hours, deliveries, and showroom events. Monitor attendance and address any scheduling conflicts or staffing shortages promptly.
Compliance: Ensure that the showroom complies with all regulations like Fire & Safety, Building Regulations, Waste Management etc.
Qualifications
Good Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Administrative Assistance
Basic understanding of Finance principles
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
