We're seeking a highly organized and motivated Showroom Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our showroom, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom, arranging displays and furniture to optimize customer engagement.
  • Oversee general maintenance and repairs of the showroom & warehouse, coordinating with service providers as needed.
  • Coordinate with sales team to schedule timely deliveries of furniture to customers.
  • Maintain a delivery calendar to track expected deliveries and coordinate stock movement between showroom & warehouse.
  • Verify incoming shipments match purchase orders in terms of quantity and specifications.
  • Create and maintain work schedules for blue-collar staff, ensuring adequate coverage for peak hours, deliveries, and showroom events.
  • E nsure the showroom complies with all regulations like Fire & Safety, Building Regulations, Waste Management etc.

Qualifications:

  • Good Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance
  • Basic understanding of Finance principles
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Salary Estimate: ₹45,000 - ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
