**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to showcase our luxury furniture products and enhance brand visibility in the market.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and industry stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and showroom tours to highlight the craftsmanship and sophistication of our luxury furniture collections.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and digital content that resonate with our target audience and drive sales.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and market expansion.
- Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and sustainable business partnerships.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to facilitate seamless order processing, delivery, and installation of furniture orders, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
- Represent our brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions, fostering brand awareness and generating new business opportunities.
- Uphold our company values of integrity, excellence, and customer-centricity in all interactions and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the luxury furniture or interior design sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a natural ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet revenue targets, with a strong focus on customer acquisition and retention.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, showroom visits, and industry events as required.
- Genuine passion for luxury furniture and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and value to our clients.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a collaborative spirit, with a desire to contribute to the success and growth of our team and brand.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
