Job summary:
As a Sales coordinator you will play a vital role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with experienced team members to develop your skills and gain valuable industry experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Support**: Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports. Support senior sales team members in managing client accounts and follow-ups.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and potential leads. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- **Lead Generation**: Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for more senior sales personnel.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- **Experience**: 6 months - 1 year of experience in Furniture sales preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- **Attributes**: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive attitude.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
